Unlike basic b*itch cinnamon which comes from evergreen trees and found on every supermarket shelf we use Ceylon cinnamon in our coffee blends.

Native to Southeast Asia, Ceylon cinnamon comes from the branches of the Cinnamomum tree. Since 2000 BC cinnamon has been used to treat such conditions as coughing, arthritis and sore throats.

Today cinnamon is renowned for its incredible taste but also for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
