Cold Brew Nirvana
This past weekend I experimented in cold brewing Chakra Spiced Coffee Bali Spice. The brew was more aromatic than even the hot brew (which is quite wonderful) and for us black coffee drinkers especially delightful. I used 1/2 cup Bali Spice with 2 cups of cold water Mix together very well. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 12 hours. Strain thru 2 coffee filters in a mesh basket filter. Yields a bit more than 12-14 ounces of Delicious Brew. Heat in microwave or on stove. Do not boil. Enjoy!
